<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for evaluating employees, which performs a proper employee evaluation by reflecting voices from customers on a personnel evaluation and can perform a store business analysis by referring to customer evaluations. <P>SOLUTION: An amount information accumulating device 7 installed in a store 3 receives and accumulates the amount information of a merchandise and services received by customers and the amount information is transmitted to a server 2 through communication. The server 2 receives the amount information, issues the employee evaluation voting information of the number of shares corresponding to the amount information and notifies the employee evaluation voting information in response to an inquiry from a voting device 8A (8B, 8C) used by the customers. The voting device 8A (8B, 8C) receives the issued employee evaluation voting information, receives inputs of evaluation scores for employees and sends the evaluation scores to the server 2.
