<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit light with stable luminance and to provide display having higher definition for a current input type image display device. <P>SOLUTION: By adding transistors to a pixel circuit, current equivalent to a current source is inputted and changes in an IV characteristic caused by deterioration in light emitting elements and temperature change can be endured because the output resistor value of the circuit is sufficiently large.
