<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen an active area of a touch panel and to realize uniform pressure to the whole screen. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel 40 is constituted by oppositely arranging an upper substrate 11 with a transparent electrode 13 and drawing electrodes 14, 1 positioned on a lower surface of a transparent insulation substrate 12 and a lower substrate 41 with a transparent electrode 3 and drawing electrodes 4, 5 and a plurality of dot spacers 48 formed on the transparent substrate 3, positioned on an upper surface of a transparent insulation substrate 2, and joining them via a sealing material 17.
