PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor torque measuring device improving a workability of attaching and workability of maintenance of a light receiving fiber. SOLUTION: The rotor torque measuring device 10 of this invention comprises a rotor body 11 of which the gap between a drive side flange 12 and a load side flange 14, a hollow body 13 is formed, a torque detector 21 attached to the hollow part 19 of the hollow body 13, a light emitter 27 provided in the outer periphery of the rotor body 11, emitting light by the output of the torque detector 21 and outputting light signal, a light receiving fiber 31 provided outside the rotor body 11 and receiving light signal from the light emitter 27, a rotational transformer 41 supplying power to the rotor body 11 by a primary coil 42 which is a half-split annular part 16 provided outside the rotor body 11 and a secondary coil 43 provided in the outer periphery of the rotor body 11.
