PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a migration processing during the execution of a program. SOLUTION: This memory management device comprises a resource management part, a memory management part, and a page management table. The resource management part comprises an actual page reference monitoring part for performing a migrate check processing, a migrate interval time registration part, and a migrate control part for determining the necessity of execution of migration processing. The memory management part has a migrate part for executing, when the migrate control part of the resource management part determines the necessity of migration processing, the migration of moving a virtual page from an actual page of low-order address to an actual page of high-order address. The page management table consists of an actual page management table PFT and a virtual page management table PGT. The actual page management table PFT stores the migrate interval time and a threshold which is referred to in the determination of the execution necessity of migration processing.
