PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transform building component data acquired by a building designer to electronic data of a code format required by a maker side. SOLUTION: A building component type selection/input means 11 extracts a library according to a selected building component type from a library 19 on the basis of building component type selection/input information. A building component data input means 12 records the data related to the inputted building component data as building component data 20 according to the extracted library. A maker data table retrieval means 13 retrieves a maker data table 21 on the basis of the building component data 20, and a maker data transformation means 14 transforms the building component data to a data code used by the maker.
