PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for a liquid crystal display panel which can rapidly form a seal pattern on a substrate where a plurality of image display parts are formed and form a seal pattern on a small-size liquid crystal display panel, and to provide a dispensing method by using the dispenser. SOLUTION: The dispenser for the liquid crystal display panel is composed of a table 410 to be loaded with a substrate 400 having a plurality of image display parts 413A to 413F formed thereon; a plurality of syringes 401A to 401F to supply a substance for dispensing onto the substrate 400; a plurality of supports 414A, 414B on each of which the above plurality of syringes 401A to 401F in a specified number are aligned and fixed.
