PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter unit which makes it possible to easily discriminates from the body side whether a light shielding member is covering an opening part. SOLUTION: The shutter unit 17 is arranged on the side nearest to a body with respect to a lens member provided in optical equipment 10 (15) and equipped with a unit substrate having the opening part as a light passing opening and the light shielding member which can move to and away from the opening part, and an indication showing that photography is prohibited is provided in a region, positioned in the opening part, in a region of the light blocking member which faces the body side.
