PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular open roof assembly solved in an effective manner, notwithstanding it is simple. SOLUTION: Many slides 7 arranged separatedly are provided in a drive manner. The slides 7 support slim folding arms 8 on their top that support an external cloth and an internal cloth together with their own ends apart from the slides and are biased toward a position where a closing means 4 is folded zigzaggedly during opening of an open roof. At the end of the folding arms 8 apart from the slides 7, an extending arm is provided in such a manner that it is substantially apart from the corresponding slide and inclined toward the internal cloth, and the end of the extending arm apart from the folding arms 8 is connected to the internal cloth and substantially engaged with the internal cloth.
