PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormality associated with a fraudulent conduct such as an extraction of a ball detector or intrusion of a false winning signal generator. SOLUTION: When the voltage value of a high potential of 5 volts between c and d has been inputted to a microcomputer 16, an abnormality judgment means 22 judges that there is no abnormality, considering the voltage value of a high potential of 5 volts between c and d inputted is higher than an abnormality judgment set value stored in a ROM, and refrains from driving an alarm 17. The abnormality judgment means 22 judges that there is an abnormality, considering that the voltage value of a low potential of 0 volt is less than the abnormality judgment set value stored in the ROM because the voltage value of a low potential of 0 volt between c and d changing from 5 volts is inputted to the microcomputer 16 due to the extraction of a connector 9 or a connector 10, so that the alarm 17 is driven.
