The ventilation device has a housing (12) with insulated channels (30, 34). The housing has a cap-shaped body (40) in the region of the endface walls (14, 16) which engages partly telescopically with the housing. The cap-shaped body can be displaced and fixed relative to the housing, enabling the overall depth of the device to be pre-set.
