PURPOSE: A system for enhancing the AD(ADvertisement) attention using a recognition tool and a service method thereof are provided to maximize an AD effect by applying the recognition tool to the AD, a CF(Commercial Film), PR(Public Relation), and goods information on the on/offline. CONSTITUTION: A database(30) stores/manages the information related to an Internet user, an advertiser, an AD agency, an AD medium, and a discount coupon and a gift event provided from the advertiser. A main server receives the information for the discount coupon and the gift event including the recognition tool inserted into the AD medium from the advertiser and the AD agent, transfers the information to an AD agent system(40), and publishes a web page authored by the AD agent system to a user terminal. The AD agent system stores the contents for the discount coupon and the gift event to the database by classifying into each AD medium/date, and edits the contents stored in the database by using a web page form. A gift event system(20) stores the application for the gift event to the database and informs the Internet user of a drawing result through a main server(10).
