<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device and a treatment method by which incineration fly ash exhausted from an incinerator, or the like, is treated, so that the decomposition of dioxins is efficiently performed, and treatment of preventing the elution of heavy metals can also be performed. <P>SOLUTION: The detoxicating treatment device for incineration fly ash is provided with: a primary heating chamber where incineration fly ash is heated to a prescribed temperature; a secondary heating chamber where the incineration fly ash subjected to the heating treatment in the primary heating chamber is mixed with a treatment chemical, and is further subjected to heating treatment; and an incineration fly ash cooling chamber where the incineration fly ash subjected to the treatment in the secondary heating chamber is cooled in a short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
