<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily monitor if sufficient treatment/care is provided to each subject and if each member of staff fulfills their duties, thereby discovering problems at an early stage for enhancement of the qualities of medical treatment and care while reducing the risks of medical accidents and lawsuits and making appropriate labor management possible. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes: an implementation plan input means for inputting and recording a plan of implementation including (1) the contents of treatment or care to be implemented, (2) the scheduled time of implementation, and (3) the IDs of patients of concern; a database for recording information input by the implementation plan input means; a plan/implementation recording means for compiling the database and recording the plan of implementation and a record of the implementation in association with each other; a patient-based plan/implementation record display means for compiling the database and for displaying, for each patient of concern, a list of the corresponding plan/record of implementation; and a staff-based plan/implementation record display means for compiling the database and for displaying, for each member of the staff, a list of the corresponding plan/record of implementation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
