PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-treated plated steel sheet having a plated film and post-treated film superior in corrosion resistance, which has a superior wettability with a solder even when a chlorine-free flux is used, particularly does not make the wettability with the solder deteriorate even after the elapse of time, and besides, hardly causes red rust on a cut end surface. SOLUTION: This post-treated plated steel sheet is manufactured by the steps of: plating tin on a steel sheet; then galvanizing it; selectively heating the plated steel sheet to a higher temperature than the melting point of tin; coating either a post-treatment liquid mainly containing 100 to 800 g/L of a water-based acrylic resin, 10 to 100 g/L of a rust-preventive agent, 50-600 g/L of a water-solubilized rosin, 10-100 g/L of an oxidation inhibitor, or a post-treatment liquid for the plated steel sheet mainly containing 100-900 g/L of a water-based urethane resin, 10-100 g/L of a rust-preventive agent, and 10-100 g/L of an oxidation inhibitor, so as to make the film thickness after being dried to be 0.05-10μm; and drying the sheet.
