PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational pen set with voice which promotes a child's interest in study and a learning effect. SOLUTION: The educational pen set with voice includes mainly a pen set 1 and an educating device 2 with voice. The educating device 2 with voice includes a language selection switch 21, a term selection switch 22 for letter-word/color/music or the like, a function selection switch 23 for learning/test, an identification and interpretation mechanism 24, a central processing unit 25, and a display 26 such as a speaker and/or a screen. Such selection switches and the identification and interpretation mechanism 24 are connected to the central processing unit 25 and input data, which are then outputted to the connected display 26.
