PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which provides an image free of defects such as interference fringes, black streaks and white streaks, and also to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus each having the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having an intermediate layer, a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer in this order on a support, the support is a surface-roughened support, the intermediate layer is a layer formed by dip coating, the charge generating layer is a layer formed by dip coating and comprises a charge generating material and a binder resin, a content of the charge generating material in the charge generating layer is 180-500 mass% based on the binder resin, and the width d1 (mm) of an uncoated upper end of the intermediate layer and the width d2 (mm) of an uncoated upper end of the charge generating layer satisfy relation represented by expression (1): d2-d1≥1.5 (mm).
