PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide undergarment and swimsuit each designed so as to stably envelop the buttocks, and eliminating oppressive feeling by tightness by leg holes, or tightness feeling causing at the joint of the leg. SOLUTION: The undergarment and the swimsuit each envelops at least the buttocks, and has a body part 30 having two leg-insertion holes 3 for threading the legs, and a covering part 20 arranged at the front outside of the body part 30 so as to link to the body part 30 at both of the right and left ends of the body.
