PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermoplastic elastomer composition rich in flexibility and excellent in molding processability, rubber-like characteristics, mechanical strength, compression permanent set characteristics and vibration-damping property. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition contains an isobutylene-based polymer (A) having an alkenyl group at its terminal and an olefin-based resin (B), wherein the isobutylene-based polymer (A) having the alkenyl group at its terminal is cross-linked by a hydrosilyl group-containing polysiloxane (C) and the hydrosilyl group-containing polysiloxane (C) has≥3 hydrosilyl groups and≥3 and≤500 siloxane units.
