PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane film laminate which has moisture permeability, excellent transparency and workability as a product as well as flexibility. SOLUTION: In producing a laminate laminating a urethane film and a non-woven fabric, an urethane film coated on a sheet having separation performance and non-woven fabric are arranged, and are subjected to embossing treatment for pressing them together with a heat embossing roller from the non-woven fabric side, allowing the urethane film and the non-woven fabric to be integrally laminated.
