ULTRASONIC TREATMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat water efficiently by using both treatment effects of irradiation of a low frequency ultrasonic wave and irradiation of a high frequency ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: When the water which is to be treated and is flowing in a flow path 1 is treated by irradiation of an ultrasonic wave, the water to be treated is irradiated with the low-frequency ultrasonic wave from a low-frequency ultrasonic oscillator 2A arranged on the upstream side and further with the high-frequency ultrasonic wave from a high-frequency ultrasonic oscillator 2B arranged on the downstream side.
