摘要 An extruder nozzle(2) forms a continuous thermoplastic strip(P1) from a resin(P). Calender rolls(31,32,33) roll the extruded strip. Guide rolls(4) keep the calendered strip(S) flat and a heater(5) heats at least one laminating surface of the strip. Laminating rolls(6) laminate one or more continuous thermoplastic films(F) onto the strip. An extruder nozzle(2) forms a continuous thermoplastic strip(P1) from a resin(P). Calender rolls(31,32,33) roll the extruded strip. Guide rolls(4) keep the calendered strip(S) flat and a heater(5) heats at least one laminating surface of the strip. Laminating rolls(6) laminate one or more continuous thermoplastic films(F) onto the strip. The glass transition temperature(Tgf) of a laminating surface of the thermoplastic film is not less than(Tgs-30)degreesC, where Tgs is the glass transition temperature of a laminating surface of the thermoplastic strip. An Independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing a continuous laminated thermoplastic strip(A) in which a molten thermoplastic resin(P) is continuously extruded, rolled between calender rolls(3), heated(5) while held flat and then a thermoplastic film(F) is laminated onto the heated thermoplastic strip(S).
