A non-ferrous metal-, especially Al cast body with an integrated lost core of lower density than the cast material, where the core (1) is mixed with at least one inorganic binder, and in the expanded state is pressed into a core mold to form vermiculite, whereby the smooth surface part (2) is several times larger than the surface of the upper open pores (3).
