The device has rollers (532, 534, 570, 610) for tightening a laminated film (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) wound on a mandrel. A mobile cutting unit (550) is activated sequentially for cutting the laminated film in the air at a taut section. The cutting unit comprises a blade having a convex cutting edge with two symmetrical slopes, and a moving unit moves the laminated film. An Independent claim is also included for a process of production of the electrical energy storage unit. |
