<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage printing using templates by a plurality of printers. <P>SOLUTION: The templates drawn with character images are received from computers 70a, 70b of managers A, B of the templates by an information management device 30 to be distributed to the respective printers 50a, 50b. Data about the templates used for the printing are input from the printers 50a, 50b by the information management device 30, charges for the use of the templates are calculated to be informed to printer 50a, 50b sides, and compensations for the use of the templates are calculated to be notified to manager A, B sides of the templates.
