<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which has a good discharge stability of an inkjet recording head, and is also superior in terms of friction resistance, water resistance and image glossiness of formed images. <P>SOLUTION: According to the inkjet recording method, a water ink containing a coloring agent, water, a water soluble organic solvent and a polymer is discharged from the inkjet recording head. A carboxylic acid content per 1 g of a solid content of the water ink is 0.02-5.0 mmol. When the inkjet recording head is within a printing range, meniscuses of nozzles not to discharge the ink are vibrated by a level whereby the ink is not discharged. Moreover, when the inkjet recording head is outside the printing range, meniscuses of all nozzles are vibrated by the level whereby the ink is not discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
