PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the specification of a user adding annotation, in an information display processing system using the annotation.

SOLUTION: When an addition information display control part 302 displays the annotation of a confirmation target user, the control part 302 changes over a display mode to a display mode different from a normal display mode in each the annotation added by the target user and acquired from an annotation DB 216 and displays the annotation. For example, a color, density (contrast/brightness), or a property (a set value) of a font (a kind or a size) is changed to display the annotation.
