<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effect control in a guitar type electronic stringed instrument by operating fret operation elements with guitar-like operability. <P>SOLUTION: A movable part sheet 4 and a flexible sheet 3 are arranged below a fret operation element 1, which is operated to make fret-on/fret-off settings of a fixed contact 2a of a substrate 2 by a movable contact 4a11 , and an after sensor is obtained with a pressure-sensitive resistance layer 3b and a fixed contact 2b. The pressure-sensitive resistance layer 3b is pressed against the fixed contact 2b to obtain after-touch data from a resistance value, thereby performing effect control such as vibratos and choking. When after-touch data are large, hammering is set on to perform a hammering musical performance. A priority circuit is provided which assigns priority to a high-position side among a plurality of outputs for each string independently of each other as to fret-on and after-sensor outputs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
