<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device having a small inverter circuit wherein heat radiating property of a step-up transformer is good and the degree of freedom of cooling design of an inverter circuit is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The step-up transformer 7 constituting an inverter circuit has a flat primary winding 7a, secondary winding 7b and a magnetic core 11 disposed to face each other, and a magnetic core 11 has a gap part 10 provided with a main leg part 11a penetrating the primary winding and the secondary winding. Thereby, by making a step-up transformer fault and by forming the gap part 10 to effectively restrain magnetic saturation of the magnetic core 11, the heat radiating property of the step-up transformer is improved, the degree of freedom of the cooling design of the inverter circuit is improved to realize the small inverter circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
