PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative screw 3 improving a design on the surface of a reflecting plate 1 when the decorative screw 3 is removed, making large fitting torque in fitting of the decorative screw 3 unnecessary, and improving fitting workability by limiting scratches on the surface of the reflecting plate 1 generated when the decorative screw 3 is fit to an inconspicuous position to the utmost, and installing a projecting part 31 in a position where torque generating when decorative screw 3 is fastened becomes minimum. SOLUTION: The position of the projecting part 31 is changed to a position where the fastening torque of the decorative screw 3 becomes minimum in spite of holding scratches on the surface of the reflecting plate 1 in the inconspicuous position, the design on the surface of the reflecting plate 1 is improved so that the fastening torque of the decorative screw 3 becomes minimum, and the fitting workability is improved.
