摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect phosphor even with low sensitivity, and to miniaturize a DNA reading device. SOLUTION: This optical DNA sensor 11 is provided with a solid-state imaging device 2, and a plurality of kinds of spot 60 fixed to a surface of the solid-state imaging device 2. The solid-state imaging device 2 is formed by arranging a plurality of DG-Tr20s in matrix on a transparent substrate 17. The plurality of DG-Tr20s are coated with a protecting insulation layer 31 and a conductor layer 32. The spots 60 are a group of multiple probe DNA fragments having a well-known nucleotide arrangement, and the multiple probe DNA fragments contained in one spot 60 have the same nucleotide arrangement each other.
