PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hysteresis power control circuit enhanced in high-speed response. SOLUTION: The control device comprises a voltage detection means that detects the voltage to control; a hysteresis comparator with its first input connected to an output of the voltage detection means; a reference voltage set means connected to the second input of the hysteresis comparator; and a drive circuit that generates a drive signal by using the output of the hysteresis comparator as an input. The control device performs hysteresis voltage control that stabilizes the voltage to be controlled by holding it in a hysteresis level that is determined by a reference voltage and the hysteresis comparator. The control device also comprises: an integration means that integrates the output of the hysteresis comparator; a DC cut means that cuts off a DC component from the integration means; and a adding means that adds the output of the DC cut means and the output of the voltage detection means, and feeds the added outputs to the first input of the hysteresis comparator, thus resolving the problem.
