PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a borrow with a small particle size from being sucked out to (flowing into) the side of a barrel filling material with a large particle size. SOLUTION: In a retaining wall block which is equipped with a block body formed of front/rear walls and left/right side walls at least in a top surface opening, a borrow partitioning body is juxtaposed between the front parts of the left/right side walls; a borrow infilling space is formed of the borrow partitioning body, the front wall and the left/right side walls; a borrow suck-out preventing sheet with water permeability is provided in a stretched state on the bottom part of the borrow infilling space; and a rear part of the borrow suck-out preventing sheet is elongated up to the lower position of the borrow partitioning body. In this way, the borrow suck-out preventing sheet with the water permeability is provided in the stretched state on the bottom part of the borrow infilling space, so that the barrel filling material, which is infilled into the block body, and the borrow, which is infilled into the borrow infilling space, can be partitioned by the borrow suck-out preventing sheet.
