PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member and a locking structure for preventing a wedge from coming off, which enable a reduction in costs, which facilitate execution of work, and which are suitable for automatization. SOLUTION: When segments 2 and 2, which are to be arranged along a circumferential direction A, are joined together by means of cotter supporting fittings 3 and 3 and cotters 5, a locking member 6 for preventing the cotter from coming off is arranged in the state of being laid between both the fittings 3 and 3, and both ends of the locking member 6 are engaged with peripheral edges of openings 43 and 43 of the fittings 3 and 3.
