PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new blind having rich variation and providing a soft image like a curtain. SOLUTION: This blind is so formed that a plurality of carriers 12 are provided in a head rail 10, louvers 14 are suspended from the respective carriers 12 and the louvers 14 can be changed over between a state that its width directional center is displaced vertically relatively to width directional both ends and narrowed by being reduced from an original width dimension and a state that the louvers returned to their original width dimensions are opened.
