PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent antiblocking property and draw-whitening resistance. SOLUTION: The film has a layer (I) containing the following components (A) to (C). The component (A) is an amorphous olefinic polymer containing olefin monomer units composed of two or more olefins selected from 2-20C olefins wherein the sum of the carbon numbers of the selected two or more olefins is≥6, and the value X defined by formula (1) is≥-100 and≤0, X=[content (mol%) of ethylene monomer unit]-[content (mol%) of 4-20C olefinic monomer units]--(1). The component (B) is an amorphous olefinic polymer containing olefin monomer units composed of two or more olefins selected from 2-20C olefins wherein the sum of the carbon numbers of the selected two or more olefins is≥6, and the value X defined by formula (1) is >0 and≤40, and the component (C) is a crystalline olefinic resin.
