PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester elastomer composition having excellent flexibility even at a low temperature, high in transparency, low in moisture permeability, and so excellent in weatherability so that it can be used in outdoors and in a place exposed to light. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyester elastomer composition excellent in weatherability has as its polymer structural components an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and a polyether glycol component comprising a random repetition of a short-chain glycol component and at least two kinds of alkylene oxide units, and contains 70-95 wt% random copolymer polyether glycol component containing less than 10 wt% of the total weight of an alkylene oxide unit having a quarternary carbon, and an ultraviolet ray absorber.
