PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of electric motors to be installed to a power unit by effectively using a dead space in a vehicular body, and to improve ride comfort and steering stability. SOLUTION: The tow-wheeled vehicle with an electric motor is provided with an handle 3 on a front portion of a vehicular frame 1; and suspends a power unit 53 equipped with a power transmission device transmitting driving force of the electric motors 13 to a rear wheel 10, under a seat 4 and behind a front wheel 2. The plurality of the electric motors 13 is installed on an outer periphery of the power unit 53, motor shafts of the electric motors 13 and a drive shaft of the power transmission device are made to be different shaft. Driving force of the motor shafts is transmitted to the drive shaft by a plurality of gears, and engaging positions of the plurality of the gears are made to be on a generally center line of a vehicle in a vehicular plane view.
