PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for screening and filtration which can easily be manufactured at low cost, is simple in configuration and wide in application, and can simply be used. SOLUTION: This filter is formed in a planarly or conically spiral form, a cylinder form or both forms in combination by using wire and flat surface line of a repulsive energizing member such as spring. Further, a gap adjuster such as a support bar for adjustment is disposed on the filter for screening and filtration so as to adjust an aperture between adjacent wires of the filter for screening and filtration.
