PURPOSE: A device for indicating the carrying capacity of a vehicle is provided to improve the convenience of a driver, the stability in traveling and the commercial value of a vehicle by indicating the weight of loaded freight and the total weight of the vehicle with freight. CONSTITUTION: A device for indicating the carrying capacity of a vehicle comprises a leaf spring(100) having a load cell(110), an indicating unit(200) prepared in the dash board of a vehicle, and a control unit(300) calculating the total weight and the freight weight by using the load sensed by the load cell and indicating the total weight and the freight weight of the vehicle on the indicating unit.
