<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficient ornamental effect by remarkably enhancing enjoyment and diversity; and to enhance convenience and universality by realizing ease of use equivalent to that of a miniature bulb. <P>SOLUTION: This illumination light emitter is provided with: a luminescent part 2 equipped with red, green and blue light emitting diodes 2r, 2g and 2b; a control part 3 for changing the coloring of the luminescent part by selecting one or more of the respective diodes 2r, 2g and 2b according to a previously set coloring program Pc to sequentially make them emit light; and a housing part 4 used for housing the luminescent part 2 and the control part 3, and having a bulb part 5 having a transparent part or a translucent part at least at a part, and a base part 6 mounted to a lamp socket 60 to feed power to the control part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
