<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing element for a container, particularly for a film bag, for containing therein fluid or paste, which is improved in discharging performance to facilitate discharge of contents in the container, and to provide a film bag equipped with the sealing element. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing element is formed of a sealable spout member, a connecting member formed adjacently to the spout member, and an outflow passage penetrating through the connecting member and the spout member.
