<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventriculus graft which is arranged in a bifurcated artery easily. <P>SOLUTION: A bifurcated graft which goes through a dilatation sector of a main vessel adjoining a bifurcation of the main vessel, and is positioned in a vessel of the same side and a vessel of the opposite side is provided. Representatively, this graft is arranged by the way including a process to introduce a catheter that this graft is packaged beforehand into the vessel of the same side and after that into a point over the dilatation sector in the main vessel; a process to contact the graft from inside of the catheter on the wall of the main vessel at the point that the tubular main body is over the dilatation sector and to arrange so that the tubular stretch is located in the dilatation sector and turns to a vessel of the same side and a vessel of the opposite side respectively; a process to send a flexible guide wire through the vessel of the same side and the stretch of the same side and to inflect that in the stretch of the opposite side and after that in a vessel of the opposite side around the bifurcation; a process to arrange the tubular graft of the opposite side through the vessel of the opposite side using the flexible guide wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
