<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debugging device and debugging method for enabling the acquisition of an access history to a memory space. <P>SOLUTION: The debugging device comprises a target board 1 mounted with a microprocessor 2 having on-chip debugging function, a probe 8 connected to the microprocessor 2 to assist the debugging function, and a user terminal 9 connected to the microprocessor 2 through the probe 8 to perform debugging.
