PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating abnormal spots in a fluid conveying piping network, which is used for the estimation of broken spots in a water supply piping network. SOLUTION: The method of abnormal spots in a fluid conveying piping network comprises a step of periodically measuring the fluid pressure or the flow rate of the fluid, by sensors located at a plurality of measuring spots along the piping of the fluid conveying piping network, a step of detecting that fluctuations in an arbitrary spot exceed a constant value, when comparing the newest measured value to the previous measured value in each measuring spot, and a step of calculating a position, in which the fluctuations reach a maximum from the magnitude of the fluctuations in each measured value at the time of being detected.
