摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device of a torque sensor in which an abnormality detection precision is higher by removing an initial unevenness. SOLUTION: The abnormality detection device comprises a first differential amplification means for outputting each output of a pair of coils changing inductance as first and second sub-voltages in a mutually reverse direction in response to a torque, and amplifying the difference to be output as a first main voltage; a second differential amplification means for inputting output branching coil output as third and fourth voltages and amplifying the difference to be output as a second main voltage; a control means for detecting the torque on the basis of the first main voltage and diagnosing the first main voltage by the second main voltage; a reference value setting means for calculating addition of the first or third sub-voltage found during initial regulation and the third or fourth sub-voltage and setting it as a reference value; and a discriminating means for determining whether addition of a pair of sub-voltages found during normal operation and a difference with the reference value set by the reference value setting means are in a normal allowable range or not.
