PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having sufficient low temperature fixing property and high temperature offset resistance, maintaining high developing property even in a severe environment such as at high temperature and high humidity or at low temperature and low humidity, inducing no sleeve ghost nor melt sticking on a photoreceptor, and having excellent blocking resistance and long-term storage property. SOLUTION: The following resins are used as a binder resin. They are: a carboxyl group-containing vinyl resin (A) containing a vinyl resin having a relatively high acid value and a high molecular weight and two kinds of low molecular weight vinyl resins having different acid values from each other; and an epoxy group-containing vinyl resin (B).
