PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a toner and a developer on a substrate with satisfactory strength and to attain satisfactory fixation in a short time, when color filter layers 611-613 are formed by an electrophotographic process, and to thereby produce a high-grade color filter with good productivity.
