PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for a hybrid vehicle which can curtail complicated labor and time required for mounting it on a hybrid vehicle and a cost, and can improve mountability by thinning and can be lightened. SOLUTION: A plurality of though holes 41 to 41 face and are connected with slots 22 to 22 of a rotor 11, and make conductors 23 to 23 inserted to the holes, and are formed at the internal perimeter 15c of a drive plate 15 connected to a transmission. The drive plate 15 is caught from both sides by one flank 21B of a rotor iron core 21 and an end ring 24. The rotor conductors 23 are inserted to the slots 22 of the rotor 11 and the through holes 41 at the internal perimeter 15c of the drive plate 15 are molded integrally with the end rings 24 and 24 by casting, and the rotor 11 and the drive plate 15 are fixed.
