PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pan structure capable of easily ensuring sufficient buckling strength without providing any rib and being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the waterproof pan structure having a bottom wall section and a vertical wall section erected upward on the circumferential edge of the bottom wall, the vertical wall section and/or the bottom wall section is formed in an uneven-shaped section to ensure predetermined strength. For example, the vertical wall section is formed in an uneven-shaped cross section by forming a projected shape along the vertical direction at a predetermined interval on inside and outside surfaces thereof.
